Krista Mahon
As President of Riverside Electric, Krista Mahon is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional experience for Riverside Electric’s customers, business partners, and employees.
Her 23-year career at Riverside comprises many aspects of the family-owned business, including materials delivery and data entry early on and LMP Coordinator and Service Manager in recent years. With her varied experience and increased responsibilities, Krista is familiar with all aspects of the business.
As the fourth-generation family member leading the company, Krista is proud of Riverside’s constant commitment to customer satisfaction. She believes that a strong, cohesive, and engaged team, along with a solid foundation of core values, will result in service and support “that keep our customers coming back.”
Krista feels so strongly about the customer experience that she will personally involve herself in customers’ needs and concerns.
Janet Gangloff
Janet brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the company and is in collaboration with the President to achieve company goals. She oversees the company’s public relations and works directly with our Lighting Sales Manager.
James Richards
James joined Riverside Electric as our new Operations Manager. James brings over 30 years of management experience from UPS. He worked for UPS for 36 years, before retiring in 2023. He is well versed in operating efficiency, planning, and customer relations. He will be overseeing our day-to-day operations with customer satisfaction as his number one priority.
Paul Stautberg
Sales Manager
Paul is transitioning from his recent position as our Operations Manager since 2021 into a new role, Lighting Sales Manager. Contact him for your lighting needs in the Cincinnati Metro area, Indianapolis, and Columbus markets. Paul brings over 30 years of management experience from UPS and Republic Services. He worked for UPS for 35 years, before retiring in 2017 and then joined Republic Services. He is well versed in operating efficiency, planning, and customer relations.
Richard Allen
Generator Sales Manager
Richard joined the Riverside team in 2018 and brought years of experience to the generator team. Since Richard has been here, we have achieved the highest best-in-the class recognition for sales and service and Cincinnati’s only commercial and residential PowerPro Protector Plus Premier dealer. Adam Cowan
Project Manager / Estimator
Contact Adam Cowan for any of your estimating needs and questions about any current projects going on. After graduating High School, Adam served our country in the US Navy. After leaving the Navy, Adam worked in the mining industry, holding various positions, and was a volunteer in the Williamsburg Fire Department. Adam followed his passion and opened Old Firehouse Microbrewery in Williamsburg, Ohio in 2014. Adam joined the Riverside team in 2021.
Megan Steiner
Service Manager
Contact Megan for all of your lighting and electrical service needs, questions, or concerns. Megan coordinates service calls for our Cincinnati market, and is in charge of the daily electrician’s schedules and routes. She works closely with the Project Managers for man power needs and equipment. Megan has years of customer service experience working with property managers, maintenance staff, vendors, tenants, and she joined the Riverside Management team in March of 2020.
Missy Knight
Generator Service Manager
Contact Missy for all of your generator service needs. Missy coordinates and handles generator service calls, preventative maintenance work orders, warranty claims, and assists the generator sales team with generator installations. Missy has been at Riverside Electric since 2013 and has 28 years experience in customer service.
Sheri Watts
Service Manager
Contact Sheri for all your lighting and electrical service needs for the Columbus and Indianapolis markets. Sheri coordinates service calls and oversees the electrician’s daily schedules. She works closely with the Project Managers to utilize manpower and equipment to meet deadlines. She is dedicated to making sure the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner while answering questions and addressing any concerns along the way. Sheri has years of customer service experience and joined the Riverside Management team in January 2022.
Jannae McCabe
Lighting Management Coordinator
Jannae joined the Riverside team in 2014 as an Audit Entry Specialist and has been promoted to Lighting Management Coordinator. Jannae oversees the team of Audit Entry Specialists, Auditors, and their routes. Contact Jacki for all of your billing and payment questions. Jacki has been an employee of Riverside since 2015 and is involved with receivables, payables, and inventory. Jacki has an accounting background in bank reconciliations, receivables and payables.
Kari Lofland
Controller
Contact Kari with any accounts payable and receivable questions. Kari has been an employee of Riverside since 2014. As controller, she manages the daily finances along with payroll, contractor license renewals, human resources, workman’s compensation, OSHA and fleet management.
Tiffany Hollis
Accounting Manager
Contact Tiffany for all of your billing questions. Tiffany has been an employee of Riverside since 2008 and is involved with billing, invoice management, and inventory. With nearly 20 years of customer service experience and high attention to detail; her goal is to ensure Riverside is your only call for lighting and electrical needs for your property.
